Why is Your Site Tailor cheaper than hiring a designer? +
Our streamlined process and specialist team means we build sites faster and more efficiently than a traditional agency - and we pass those savings on to you. Traditional agencies quote $2,000-$10,000 for a basic site. We charge a fraction of that, and we do it all for you.
What does "full ownership" actually mean? +
Once we transfer your site, you own every file. We have no ongoing involvement, no ability to take it down, and you owe us nothing more. You host it wherever you like and it's yours forever.
Can I edit my website myself after delivery? +
Yes - your site includes a simple visual editor so you can update text, images, and content yourself, live, anytime - no code needed. For bigger structural changes, just reach out for a quote.
How does the build process work? +
You fill out our detailed intake form with your style, colors, pages, and goals. Our team designs and builds everything to those specifications, reviews every detail, then delivers for your approval. If anything isn't right, we revise until it is - up to 3 rounds included.
Do I need a domain name? +
You'll need your own domain (~$12/year from providers like GoDaddy or Namecheap) and a hosting account (~$10-20/mo). We'll walk you through connecting everything after delivery.
What's your refund policy? +
Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun. Once work has started, refunds are not available - but we'll work with you through all 3 revision rounds to make sure you're happy.
